This hotel suits me perfectly with excellent wi-fi, comfortable beds, and 24-hour reception. The staff previously helped me with currency exchange recommendations, which I appreciated. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Unexpected poolside relaxation

We enjoyed the peaceful pool area that felt like our own private oasis, and the breakfast spread was a delightful way to start the day.

However, the initial check-in was frustrating due to unhelpful staff and a room that left much to be desired, including a few cleanliness issues.

The pool was a blast for the kids, and we really enjoyed the tasty breakfast each morning. There’s also a nice leisure room where you can unwind after a busy day. Just a heads up, the AC was a bit slow to cool down, but everything else was great! 😊

I enjoyed my stay immensely! The breakfast was particularly impressive, offering a wide range of fresh options that kept us fueled for our daily adventures. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. My room was comfortable and clean, which made for a restful night after a long day. However, I think they could improve the elevator access, as it was the only way to reach higher floors during renovations.

Not to mention, it's close to downtown, so we found some dope spots to grab a bite nearby—the Waffle House & Star Bar were our faves!

Family with children, not worth the stress

The breakfast was really good with tons of variety,, clean and friendly staff. The indoor pool was nice,, had a chance to relax a bit.

It wasn’t pricey,, but still kinda on the higher side for what you get.

We checked out the nearby museum and caught a show at the concert hall. The pool was perfect for chilling after a long day, and breakfast was solid too!

However, the hotel is located in a sketchy area that raised concerns about safety, and I also noticed some litter around the grounds which detracted from the overall appeal. The room was good enough for a short stay, but a few improvements to the surroundings would make a big difference.

Good breakfast but not enough staff

The breakfast was solid but I really wanted some bacon! Check-in was kind of a mess, and I felt like the staff could’ve managed things better. The room was alright, spacious and all, but needed some updating. Also, a snack bar was handy, just wish the staff were a bit more available.
